All orders for paintings are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Domestic Shipping (within the same country): 7-14 business days.
• International Shipping: 14-21 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

International Shipping:
For international shipping, please be aware that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for any additional fees and requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:
Due to the nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please make sure to review all product details and photos before making a purchase.

Exchanges:
