Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once the purchase is completed.

Returns

Digital Products:
Returns are not applicable for digital products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.

Physical Products:
If applicable, physical products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.

Return Process:
To initiate a return for physical products, please contact our support team at info@truestrokes.com with your order details. We will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund for Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded software products
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team at info@truestrokes.com.
